So, I spend 45 minutes writing this on Amino, so I'm just gonna put it here.
A Little Background Info On Victor:
Victor lives in a world where magic is illegal. As a magic user himself, he can't use his magic in front of people, in fear that he may get taken into custody/arrested with the use of magic restraints and without a chance to go outside. This is a big fear of his and it has been for his entire life. His parents, Alivia and Jadiel Emerson, both were arrested for use of magic when it was outlawed and they were denied freedom, even with restraints.
